Fusion Apartment is a blend of old and new, It sits next to heritage listed houses, and is a short walk from the busy North Hobart restaurant strip.
There was a house on the land where the apartment now stands that would have been similar to its historic neighbours, which burned down in the first half of last century. Interestingly no evidence was found of any foundations when construction of the apartment was underway – the original house had completely disappeared.
The apartment offers the convenience of inner city living with restaurants and coffee shops close by, and local shops, pubs and cinema just short walks away. You can walk into the city and Salamanca Place and you can get by without using a car, everything you need for your stay is close by.
