Terms & Conditions

Parties and or larger gatherings are not permitted on the property.

Loud noise and nuisance to the neighbourhood is not permitted.

Pets are not permitted within the property.

Fees paid will be refunded less costs incurred for booking fees, management costs and perishables, provided notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the booking date.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid unless the apartment is re-let, in which case fees will be refunded less costs incurred.  

Refunds, if applicable, will be made within 7 days of notice of cancellation. 

Use of the internet is conditional upon the use for legal purposes only.

Breakages and accidental damage must be made known to the Owner at the time of occurrence; a $700 excess applies to all insurance claims

Wilful damage and or theft of property will result in additional charges being applied equal in value to the wilful damage and or theft.

All furnishings, cutlery, crockery, linen, appliances and other items are to be left in good condition and are to remain within the property at all times. 

Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.

The Apartment must be used and maintained respectfully for the whole duration of the stay.

Gates and doors are to be locked when the property is left unoccupied.

Payment is required in advance.

Security deposit of $400 (subject to change) being paid at time of making booking.

• Refuse to accept bookings for any reason
• Charge additional for cleaning and or damage repair if the apartment is left in disorder
• Terminate any booking if inappropriate behaviour warrants
• Terminate any booking if Conditions of acceptance are breached
